BeeperMD, a Medical Company currently seeking a highly motivated RCM Account Executive to join our team.

*Remote Position. Candidates are eligible to begin immediately upon successful completion of the interview process*

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in RCM sales and a proven track record of closing and maintaining deals. You will be a self-motivated individual who seeks to build a rapport with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will identify new business opportunities and promote our RCM services to potential clients. As well as educating them on the full suite of products we offer.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns, referrals, cold calling, and networking
Promote and sell our RCM services to potential clients
Educate clients on the benefits and features of our RCM services and how we can improve their operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Utilize a CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on results
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in RCM sales
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Excellent phone skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using a CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on results
Ability to travel as needed
Must pass a background check
