Recruiter
We are looking for applicants help build our rapidly growing Talent Acquisition team. The person should have attained a minimum of an associate college degree and at least one year of recruitment experience. The goal is to hire continuously for roles such as Customer Service Reps, Junior Sales Reps and Testers.
Responsibilities
- Improve hiring process experience
- Take ownership over your hiring responsibility
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission (40 New Hires Per Week)
- Keep accurate records and document
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Work with department heads to help them meet their hiring requirements
